So it is quite late in the day and I feel there was so much that could have been achieved. There is no time like the present as the saying goes. So I went ahead and did a 10 minute workout called Get Your Sexy Back by Tiffany Rothe. Her youtube channel is TiffanyRotheWorkouts. There are some fun workouts on her channel. Though oh my days I would so love to one day be as flexible as her. I added one of her stretching workouts to my youtube fitness playlist but I am so far from able right now. Anyway check out the sexy back workout it is only 10 minutes and for someone like me it was the right amount of high energy burst to get me going.
